TRAVEL: Travel Required - Up to 60% of the time

GLOBAL EVENTO OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ROLE:

The role of Operations Coordinator is to support the Operations Team on projects from start to finish. The operations coordinator will manage vendors, respond to guest inquiries, and lead on-site gifting experiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Confirm inventory, timing, and availability with our partner teams.
  • Write and submit purchase orders.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to setup and host gifting experiences.
  • Maintain open communication with logistics, accounts payable/receivable, operations, proposal development, and sales teams.
  • Work with Warehouse Manager on shipping product, inventory management, organization, and resupplying decor.
  • Manage customer email boxes and communicate with guests regarding tracking and issues with delivery.
  • Look for creative answers and solutions to customer, sales and operations problems.
  • Work directly with operations manager to create final bill, including all changes, cancellations, and additions.
  • Learn all areas of Global Evento.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Available to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel and Google Suite desired.
  • Professional oral presentation and writing skills required.
  • Excited to work daily at our headquarters in the Central West End.
  • Customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excited to work a diverse group of colleagues and clientele.
  • Exposure or familiarity with high-end incentive travel and luxury brands preferred.
  • Passion for market trends, tech innovation and up-and-coming brands preferred.

ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE ROLE:

As an Account Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales team and ensuring the success of client programs. This entry-level role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented professional eager to learn the art of consultative selling in the luxury corporate gifting and experiences industry. You’ll assist Account Executives with client management, project coordination, and sales operations, gaining hands-on exposure to high-profile corporate partnerships.

TRAINING:

As part of your onboarding process, you will participate in Global Evento’s Standard Operations Coordinator Training Program, designed to build a strong foundation in our core business processes, systems, and client service philosophy. This structured training ensures every new team member gains a deep understanding of our end-to-end gifting operations — from vendor management and logistics to client communication and brand standards. You’ll work closely with both the Operations and Sales teams to learn how Global Evento delivers seamless, high-touch gifting experiences.

In addition, you’ll shadow an Account Executive throughout the onboarding period to observe client meetings, sales calls, and program coordination in action. This structured mentorship ensures you gain both operational expertise and a deep understanding of our high-touch client service approach.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Support & Coordination

  • Assist Account Executives with day-to-day client communication and project execution.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and product recommendations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client requests, orders, and inquiries.

Sales Operations

  • Manage a small book of business/current clients at the direction of the Director of Sales and Account Executives to learn the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities to support pipeline management.
  • Help prepare contracts, quotes, and invoices.

Project & Event Support

  • Coordinate logistics for gifting programs, including vendor communication, product sourcing, and order tracking.
  • Support virtual and onsite event gifting initiatives as needed.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Provide input on ways to improve client experiences and sales processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2 years of professional experience (internship or sales/customer service experience a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

COMPENSATION:

The starting base salary range is $48,000–$52,000.00 (based on experience), plus commission opportunities of $15,000–$30,000.00 in the first year (based on sales performance). Total expected first-year earnings: $68,000–$82,000.00.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee may be asked to lift and/or move boxes weighing between 10 and 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
