For over two decades, Jen Fehrmann has been hard at work in the hospitality industry, thriving in a range of customer service related roles. She started her career in sales and transitioned into marketing, working to integrate her team with sales and business development to improve customer experience. Jen’s passion for customer service and providing exceptional experiences to her clients put her on the path that would eventually lead her to Global Evento.
In her role as Events and Operations Manager, Jen leverages her wide range of industry knowledge to plan and operate events and gifting programs across the globe. She sources venues, transportation, food and beverage, entertainment, and more for clients. Her experience and passion allow her to keep track of numerous moving pieces and provide memorable experiences for all her clients. Her favorite part about working for Global Evento, though, is the positive and supportive environment!
When she isn’t hard at work, Jen enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering with a local charity. She is also an avid runner, and in 2023 she completed her first half marathon!
