Our client in the financial industry wanted to recognize one of their division’s top 200 clients for a strong year of hard work. Global Evento prepared a customized gift package tailored to the client’s theme: “Have a Groovy Year.” The gifts had a retro flair and included a Victrola record player, a coffee table book and a vinyl album of the leadership team’s favorite songs. Recipients shared nostalgic memories with their grandkids, while others jump-started their record collection. That’s the sweet sound of a lasting impression!

Our client needed to bring together and recognize their top 50 brokers safely. Aspen, Colorado, was a natural choice for an outdoor healthy venue that was still luxurious. Global Evento helped with the build out of a “Classic Aspen Afternoon” that included food, spa services, and craft cocktails – a private, Aspen Food & Wine Festival, if you will. The customized gifts of Le Creuset, basket of spa products, and custom rawhide koozies ensured the experience was extended long after the experience.

Our client wanted to create a unique experience for their team members as a thank you. Global Evento teamed up with a custom jean company and created a full fitting room with every style, color and shape one could think of to make their one of a kind jean. Each team member was able to come into the fitting room and get a custom fitting by our tailor. Once measured they were able to pick out every detail of a custom jean from the color of the fabric to the color of the buttons and thread.

Our client wanted the most personalized congratulatory gift for their newest coach. We did just that with a Louis Vuitton personal shopping experience. Nothing says “congratulations” coach and family more than a personal shopping spree at a Louis Vuitton store.

While visiting Paris, France our client wanted their guests to bring home a luxury item from a classic European fashion house. International travel doesn’t often leave much extra packing space, so sunglasses from iconic Italian and French brands were the perfect takeaway.

A recognized event chef and well-known sommelier/vintner co-hosted the event with one of the firm’s advisors. Each invitee was sent two boxes. One contained the wine elements, and the other contained food elements including locally-sourced steak, charcuterie items, and chocolate tortes. Chef and sommelier led the class offering cooking and tasting instructions, took questions as they went, and stayed on for dinner to interact with guests. Each guest prepared their own meal and prepped their wine for tasting.

As Covid was hitting Italy hard, our client had to cancel their trip to Rome, and they challenged us to present an authentic Italian gift. What say’s Italy more than a Vespa scooter? Maybe an aperol spritz, but the gifting budget was healthy.

Global Evento assisted with the build of two websites – one for winners who could choose from a $5,000 prize price point and the other winners a $12,000 prize. Each winner selected a gift of their preference. 521 gifts were shipped to 33 countries over the three months the website was live.

Our client needed gifts to have at 4 Cruise Awards Dinners to give out to their top travel agents. Global Evento wanted to make sure our client’s gift was the best at the table to show their elevated brand over other competitors. Our client was ecstatic with our customized solution for their budget and goal.

We created an idea to surprise them with a plant that would be easy to take care of and remind them how much their company cares about them when they returned to the office. The most highly coveted of ornamental plants the delicate, exotic and graceful orchid represents love, luxury, beauty and strength. All things the cruise line wanted to exude to their employees.
